-: This fantastic house for up to six people is located a few minutes from the center of Selva, a small charming town away from the tourist crowds. Located at the foot of the beautiful Serra de Tramuntana, it is a perfect place for a family and quiet holiday.
The house has high-quality finishes and minimalist decoration.The property is divided into two floors. On the ground floor, you'll find the beautiful kitchen and living-dining room, in this same space, as well as a guest toilet. Up the stairs, you'll find the three double bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. The dining and kitchen area is separated from the sleeping area by a fantastic terrace where you can enjoy the good weather of the island.The house also features a private gym, ideal for staying active during your holiday.
Outside there is a nice private pool, a large furnished terrace and parking area.
As far as the surroundings are concerned, it is worth visiting the picturesque villages of Caimari and Mancor de la Vall, and of course, exploring the mountains of our Serra de Tramuntana, declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO since 2011.
The nearest city is Inca, a town equipped with many services. There you will find restaurants, supermarkets, and shops. In the center of the village, every Thursday the weekly market is held, where you can buy fresh fruit and handicrafts. In addition, in less than 30 minutes driving you will reach any area of the north coast of the island, where you can enjoy the endless sandy beaches and crystal clear waters such as the Bay of Alcudia, or other smaller and exclusive beaches such as of Bonaire, Mal Pas or Manresa. It is also close to one of the most sought-after tourist areas of the island, Port de Pollença, where you will find a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
