Roomy 3 Bed, 2 Bath Condo sleeps up to 10 people. **We provide pillows, comforters and blankets. You provide sheets and towels or ask about linen rental companies in the area.** Well-stocked kitchen, comfortable living area and a screened in porch. High speed internet, secure Wi-Fi and 3 streaming TV's. Elevator access with one assigned, covered parking spot. Additional parking in front of bldg.. STEPS from the Sun Ridge Community Pools and Rec. Center, complete with a splash pad, 2 pools, sports courts and more! Beautiful Delaware and Maryland beaches are a short 15 minute drive. Stroll the nature trails or fish the stocked ponds. A community pier offers seasonal kayaking and paddleboarding. The Freeman Stage has a full schedule of summer concerts and family entertainment. After a busy day, have a relaxing dinner without leaving the resort! Signatures offers a great menu and summer nights are perfect at 38 Degrees to dine outside and enjoy a drink while watching the sun set on the bay.
