"The grounds were neat and attractive, the room was clean and the beds quite comfortable. I wish that there would have been a microwave, but looking back at the listing, it wasn’t specified that there was one so I should not have expected it. Asking at the front desk, they said that there was one at the little shop that we could use which was nice. My biggest complaint was the height of the toilet. It was as if it was built for elementary school children, in fact that the only place I’ve seen them this low! I’ve had several knee replacements and found it difficult to get up and down. Hand rails might have helped. I had specified when making the booking that I am disabled, so I don’t know if they have other rooms with bathrooms that serve the elderly or disabled better or not. Other than this, our stay was quite satisfactory."

"Location was good but a King deluxe ocean view was partially blocked with a tall bush. You could see scum on the pools tile edging. The hot tub felt a little slimy. The back of our door was dirty and marked up with holes. The coffee cup was in a plastic bag but was not washed! The deluxe room was small. No screen in the patio door. No microwave. They put so much stuff in the honor bar there was hardly any room for our stuff. For price it was doable $178/nt. It was a great place for dogs. Saw lots of pups! Probably won’t be back though "

"I was there for 2 nights on the 2 day ask to have room clean early in the morning and new towels put in .. left early that day came back 7 hrs later .. nobody clean the room no clean towels nothing notices that all the other room on my side we cleaned except mine and my sister next door .. "
