Our room was very clean & comfortable. Just wish an Ocean View room could have been handicap assessible. Climbing stairs to the 2nd level was not easy due to back surgery. If I had known there was no elevator...I would have selected a different room... Breakfast was very good and lots of options. Great place to meet fellow travelers.

An Expedia issue. When I booked I did not indicate a ground floor room. My error. In order to make a change at time of check in I received a much smaller, not quality room at the same cost because of Expedia being a third party and not allowing a decrease in cost. Lesson learned as next time I will book directly with hotel at a probable lower rate than you offer per their staff.
