This is a great location. The staff did a great job! This is an older-very old hotel. So it is outdated, but it met the needs of a clean hotel for the night. The mini mart and liquer store (if you need something) is walking distance. The restraunt served good food. If you are looking for simple-clean-budget-this is it. Not new, not fancy. But i slept great. Worth what i paid.

The hotel is conveniently located for visits to the Hearst Castle. The restaurant was ok, service a bit slow and expensive. The breakfast was better than the dinner service. The room is dated but clean. It is rather small but the bed was comfortable.

Staff was friendly and informative. Comfortable and the ocean view was great. The restaurant and lounge area were comfortable and the food was wonderful. Could have used some fire pits outside other than at the restaurant and some games on the lawn like Corn-hole, or badminton, etc.. overall very satisfied and great for our budget.
