I can't say enough about my experience. The staff was AMAZING. I regret not getting their names (was the front desk lady Sam?) and the gentleman who drives the shuttle were so helpful and outstanding. I can't wait to go back!!

We loved the he location on f this hotel. Easy walk to lots of restaurants and shopping. Our deluxe king room was lovely with a large well appointed bathroom. Having drinks in front of the fireplace in the lobby bar was a great way to end our day.

great snowy weekend

this is a great older hotel in Portland with tons of character, excellent location, and wonderful staff. Bed was super comfy, great water pressure in the shower (in a huge bathroom), multiple restaurant and lounge areas, and the clean and well maintained sauna, steam room, and jacuzzi were all awesome. definitely plan on valet'ing the car. would definitely stay again

We had a wonderful stay here over Valentine’s Day weekend. Our only wish is that the hot tub portion of the spa was open later than 6pm, especially in the colder months with extreme weather like we had on Sunday. Staff was great and we would definitely stay again.
