The staff members were hit and miss. The check in lady was decent enough. But on checkout in the morning the desk lady was adamant about the receipt, as far to say that if it’s booked on a travel site it’s invoiced through the travel site. I’m very certain that should never be the case as any transaction requires a paper trail. And in saying so they should’ve been able to provide an invoice on the spot. It seems that she was lazy to try. The pool is gross. Photos in their site are very outdated. Photos make it look inviting and professional, but actually seeing it, it’s like I’m in a ghetto. I should’ve went across the street.

Room itself was OK, facility, not so much. Was checked into a room that was occupied (not there thankfully). Second room was good, wash clothes had holes in them and thread bare. TV didn't work,didn't get wifi password,so tried to call front desk,no answer, of course. This was one of the worst Hotel experiences I have ever had.

This place was bad...really bad. There were vagrants in the parking lot...possibly drug addicts. There was a guy sitting on the floor right outside my room. There was no continental breakfast (false advertising). The clerk didn't know what she was doing. The room carpet was disgusting. The stay was a huge disappointment and I will never go to another Ramada again. Just 5 years ago this place was great; restaurant right next door. Now it's boarded up. Amazing how fast it went down.

When I arrived I was told they had no rooms and the desk clerk didn’t know of any other hotel that might have a room. So glad I didn’t prepay
