Good afternoon, Deo.I am sorry to hear about your frustrations during your stay. We are always trying to change up our offerings in order to have something for everyone, and I am sorry that we missed your preferences in our efforts. Furthermore, we should always have rooms available at our standard check-in time, and I am very sorry that we were not prepared. I will be sure to get my team together and reestablish the baseline for what we need to deliver for our guests- and that includes having rooms ready and fully functional.Thank you again for taking the time to reach out to us, and I hope you have a great new year.
