Discovered the hairdryer was broken at 4:30 am when trying to get ready for a flight. When I let them know at the front desk on the way out not even an apology Thin walls. Wafts of marijuanna coming from somewhere. Dirty hallway carpets and lobby.

Kent Quality Inn, poor quality not as pictured.

Pros: Location other than that Nothing, I have pictures if you like to see how bad my room was.
Cons: Complete remodel. Better customer service recovery.
Location: Location and town nice, there is a newer outdoor mall with nice restaurants.
This hotel was in awful condition, the main lobby has crown molding a few inches below the ceiling which was cover in fuzzy dust same for light fixtures. My room was in worst shape, although the sheets on the bed and bath tub appeared to be clean, the room had some serious bad dry wall patches, the counter was missing the face and trim of granite, the towel bar was under the sink with one clean towel. The marginally painted wall had scuffs everywhere into and exposing the drywall. The only chair in the room was a velvet type fabric with stains and the seat springs was broken and lopsided. Behind the chair had wall paper pulled back that looked to have been scotched taped to the wall originally. I have all the pictures. I checked out the next morning to be told my four day prepaid rate was non refundable. I had purchased insurance with my stay for travel plan changes but the hotel said I needed to deal with my third party booking agent. I left anyways. I wrote the hotel to say how disappointed I was with the condition and they should be ashamed. Looks nothing like the advertised room picture.

There was hair on the pillow case when we got there , like they weren't washed or changed from the previous person that stood there. Next morning woke up with bedbug bites , called the front desk & she asked if we actually saw the bedbugs. After the call, we tore apart the bedding & found 6 huge bugs on just 1 corner of the bed. When we went to the front desk the girl gave us a card for a free stay at another quality inn for the next time which was nice. But after we asked to speak to a manger, her attitude completely changed. She said there was no one else working but her that day & she refused to give us the managers name. She gave us information to call corporate & then when we asked for her name so we could verify with corporate that we spoke with her about the situation she also refused to give us her name even though she had gave it to us during our phone call .Then we saw a housekeeper in the room behind the desk & we called out to her to see if they had went to check the room yet, because when spoken to on the phone they were soppose to send up housekeeping At that time but didn't, the lady at the front desk then went into that room & slammed the door so we couldn't talk to housekeeping.We stood there waiting for about 5 min because we still haven't gotten to the checking out process yet & she would not come out. If we didn't have a flight to catch we would have waited. Still waiting to hear back from corporate or even the hotel at least.

Pros: Not a thing!
Cons: It could be demolished.
Location: The location is secluded and trashy.
First of all, the photos on the website are deceiving. The lobby gives an indication of how the rooms will look. We opened the door and saw flith from the floor to the ceiling plus it smelled like marijuana!!!! We walked right out never setting our luggage down! I went to the front desk and asked for a refund. I was told to call Travelocity. I ended up calling Travelocity three times and was told they couldn't process the refund because they couldn't get in touch with the manager. The front desk person told the agent from Travelocity we checked out 3 hours later, which was a lie! We were there for 30 seconds. This place is not family friendly! Stay away!!
