This condo is blocks from everything you could dream of. Capitol Hill has many of the very best restaurants and bars in the City. QFC (a supermarket which includes food, housewares and a pharmacy) is just one 1 block away as well as a major gym being located in the same complex.

Enjoy impressive city skyline views from the shared building rooftop deck, or privately from the unit`s spacious balcony.

This home is professionally managed. We are a friendly team of folks who look after this beautiful property while the owners are away. We ask you to keep in mind, this is a private home which the owner retreats to. We simply ask that you respect & take care of the property as if it were your own. Let that love flow.
**We are available to you for standard check in times should you require any assistance from 4pm - 6pm. For after these hours we may be available for emergencies only and only then via Airbnb message app. We apologize if this causes any issues, but please consider this ahead of booking. Depending on your itinerary while in town, you can either rent a car or many guests rely on Uber and Lyft which are always available within minutes.

The neighborhood can be sporadically loud. As with similar urban areas in New York and downtown San Francisco, it is a gritty, bustling area populated with people from all walks of life. Lots of young people and lower income housing in the neighborhood amidst nicer condos and apartment buildings. If your top concern is a peaceful and quiet neighborhood, this might not be the place for you.

NO REFUNDS - Even the best or newest home has equipment that may occasionally malfunction and cannot be guaranteed operational 100% of the time. We promise to act immediately to remedy any issues, however, we do not relocate or issue refunds due to malfunctioning equipment or any other guest dissatisfaction or due to construction noise or any other items out of our control, unless the home is considered uninhabitable.

No one likes rules, least of all, us -- but we do have a few requirements so that the home is in as perfect a shape for each guest as possible.
-Please respect check-in and checkout times. Check-in: 4pm-10pm. Checkout: 10am
-Primary renter must be over the age of 25, have a fully verified profile and previous positive reviews inside the booking platform.
-The maximum occupancy for the property may not be exceeded at any time.
-Host may request a photocopy of renter`s ID for verification before check-in.
- All rentals with 28+ nights require a rental agreement signed naming and identifying all adult occupants (must present valid ID).
-This is a private property and the host reserves the right to access the property at any time to perform maintenance repairs necessary or requested by the renter.
-Maintenance schedule: we are unable to offer refunds or credits for inconveniences due to scheduling and maintenance done during your stay. We also request that our maintenance teams are not turned away if they should overlap your stay. Such instances can result in a $100 penalty as we will still incur a `show up` charge, even if no work is performed.
-Absolutely no parties or loud music.
-This is a NON-SMOKING property.
-NO animals or pets of any kind are permitted at the Property except (1) as specifically authorized in your reservation, or (2) bona fide service animals that we are required by law to allow. Emotional support animals are not permitted except as authorized pets. You agree that a prohibition on animals is not a guarantee that an animal has not been inside the Property or that the Property is free of animal or pet allergens. If pets were to be brought without our consent and knowledge, guests will have their reservation canceled immediately.
-Please make sure to return keys and fobs when you checkout. There is a $50 replacement fee for any lost key/fob.
