Breakfast good, but hot tub & indoor pool not operational & that is reason we picked it. Didn't find out till few hours after check in. Susan adjusted our parking & upgraded to king bed suite, but bummer not to be able to tub it. Had a res. Confirmed by phone through Expedia, but they had nothing at desk. Hope we didn't get double charged & why they didn't have us as booked, so we paid hotel rate instead of Expedia quoted rate. Not happy w/ that. G. O'Hara

Room was very clean and comfortable. Soap, towels, pillows, all lovely. The pool hours are until 10pm, way too early and we didn't get to use it. Also, the coffee was boring brown water that was terrible and the cup holder didn't fit so that trying to slide it on I burnt my hand with the coffee pretty bad and it poured into my purse. Expected more from Seattle coffee.

Nice room, clean, new or newly renovated. Good view (of highway, university campus, hospital). Can’t hear any traffic noise from 5th floor room. Good breakfast, friendly staff. Very impressive. We love it.
