Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly. Airport shuttle was prompt and driver was very polite. When I booked, I didn't realize it was the opposite way from downtown Seattle. I was able to keep my luggage at the hotel while I traveled. The light rail is a 15 minute walk and I was able to get to Pike's market in less than an hour. Much cheaper than a$60Uber.

I was very happy with my pre-holiday business trip stay. The staff was pleasant and helpful, and the restaurant was a great option for a quick dinner. I was very pleased with my stay at Four Points. The location is ideal—close enough to the airport for convenience, yet far enough away to avoid aircraft noise at night, making it easy to get a good night’s sleep. My other business colleagues were equally pleased with the amenities the hotel has to offer. The gym was well equipped and readily available whenever it fit into my schedule. The restaurant was reasonably priced for the quality and convenience it offered. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the hotel is well built, which made it noticeably quiet throughout my stay. It was the perfect location for a few-day business trip to Seattle, and I will definitely be staying here again on my next visit.

The space appeared clean, our room had a strong chemical smell which we took to mean clean but the smell lingered all night into the next day. Customer service was great, the front desk was kind, the bar area was clean and quick. Overall nice space but the chemical smell was overwhelming
