Our room was nasty. Hair in the bed and on our towels, floors weren’t cleaned and the bathtub was filthy. The front desk staff was not very friendly, helpful and they are not in the same page about some stuff. One lady told me I’d get my $50 deposit in 3 days. I wake up to check out and the new lady told me 5-7 days. I will not be coming back as I am very upset with our experience here.

The heat was not on, the room in run down, the blanket was thin only one comforter for two beds.

Our rooms do have individual heating and air conditioning units where all Guests are able to control them on their own. As well we have just recently renovated. We do apologize that the blanket was too thin. If you ever have any issues during your stay please know there is someone at the Front Desk 24hours to assist you in all of your needs. We do hope you give us another opportunity to make it right!

The property was a value, but the room was poorly wiped over leaving clogged sink, hair on vanity and walls, infested with ants. Property management came to witness the ants infestation and told me to empty my trash. This was at check in

Our Manager entered the room to assist and make sure that we could resolve the issue right away with the Maintenance Engineer. That is why she had removed the garbage from the room.
