Mostly clean and well-decorated, but many issues.Pros:•Amply-stocked coffee maker•Mostly clean (with significant exceptions noted below)•Decent-sized television, with many streaming channels•Main bathroom very nice•Kitchen well-stocked with utensils, dishes, silverware, pots/pans, and cooking supplies•Walls decorated simply with amusing and interesting art and postersCons:•Due to the sharply-angled driveway, it is impossible to park there without severely bottoming out your car•Though an air conditioner is advertised, it’s only a small window unit in the living room . . . at the complete opposite end of the house from the master bedroom•This could have been offset by opening the windows at night . . . but none of the windows had screens!!•There is no microwave•There was no notebook or sheet of instructions, including how to use the various remotes, the air conditioner, etc.•Though the host sent me the code for the electronic lock on the front door, they did not send me the correct instructions to operate it, and they did not know how when I texted them. I had to spend 15 minutes standing in the dark on the front porch, researching on my phone.•When looking for extra sheets and/or blankets, we found them wadded up in a big ball in the closet•We found the dryer full of sheets and towels•Many of the dishes on the shelves were dirty, as well as the dining room table•The bedspreads had crunchy stains•The kitchen/dining room floor was sticky
