Positives: Great location within walking distance of Seattle Center, Space Needle, Chihuly Glass Museum etc. There is a bar on the bottom floor but hours were limited. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Apartment has lots of large windows and there is a beautiful view of the Seattle skyline, including the iconic space needle. The apartment is spacious for 4 people. Balcony and rooftop space is also amazing.Potential downsides: We had issues with the doorcode not working upon arrival and hot water was slow and in limited supply. Manager was responsive to these concerns. There is construction at the building next door so there is noise and the building shakes at times. Beds were comfortable, couch was not. Kitchen is adequately appointed with the basics, but would not be suitable for preparing elaborate meals. Dining area is small and awkward due to proximity to kitchen major appliances, especially the fridge. Overall, we had a nice stay and would recommend this apartment with the above caveats.

The condo was well appointed. The location was perfect for our trip, just blocks from the Climate Pledge Stadium and a pleasant walk to the Pike Place area. Excellent views of both the Space Needle and Pugent Sound from the sizable balcony. Highly recommend.

We found this property to be clean, comfortable and in a great location for our trip. We appreciated the easy communication with the host. The view of the Space Needle is fabulous, but if you are booking this property based on the photos of the expansive views towards the water from the living area and one of the bedrooms, know that those views are now blocked by construction next door. We were disappointed that we weren’t told about this discrepancy.

The apartment was beautiful. Clean, well decorated, secure. The views from the balcony are not panoramic as advertised, thanks to the addition being built next door. You have the space needle to the left and a sliver of water to the right but no view straight ahead. We were slightly disappointed until we realized there is roof access. There you have beautiful panoramic views! We spent more time up there than on the private balcony. We loved the secured entrance and proximity to everything. Not in the middle of the hustle and bustle but so close to it all. We would absolutely stay here again. One recommendation - add a curtain to the one shaded window in the master. The building lights, which cannot be turned off, shine right through the shade and illuminate the room at night. If you like it pitch black in your room at night like us, you may need to bring an eye mask. Overall…wonderful stay!

Listing lied about panoramic views…no water view, construction right outside bedroom window…construction noise starts at 7am, owner also promised blackout shades in the bedrooms, nope (another lie), dried blood on towels, filthy rugs (bring slipper). But the view of the Space Needle was outstanding.

The balcony is awesome. You have the needle on one side and a partial ocean view on the other side. The place is perfect. Very clean and roomy. All the comforts of home. The beds are so comfortable. We slept like babies. The views are great. The host was great. Great Communication. There is a new bar right next door if you need a drink. We will definitely stay here again.

Lovely well maintained property in Queen Anne near Belltown side. Fantastic deck that spanned the entire length of the apartment was amazing! Only drawback was the construction next door. The confines were cozy and check in was a breeze. We used SpotHero to find covered parking nearby.

This is the perfect location if you’re looking for something in very close proximity to Climate Pledge or the Space Needle. The rooftop balcony is a great touch for hanging out away from the hustle and bustle of downtown. Apartment is clean, well appointed, and in a secure building. Would definitely stay here again!

A perfect location if attending an event at Climate Pledge Arena. Just a short walk to your event. Very clean and loved the minimalist decor- it was warm, inviting and comfortable. Incredible views of downtown and Puget Sound- fun to watch the ferries and cruise lines go by. Highly recommend this place! Would stay here again. The owner provided very clear communications and instructions as well as suggestions for good restaurants in the area.

Condo was perfect for our family and the views from the deck were amazing. Neighborhood was quiet and there was no issue finding a parking spot for our rental car. Short walk to the Space Needle and Museum of Pop Culture. Will stay here again if we make our way back to Seattle.

Excellent location for Seattle Storm games.

The apartment is in a very convenient location for WNBA games, the Space Needle, and many good restaurants. The apartment is furnished with very nice and comfortable furniture and the beds are so comfortable. You will appreciate the views from every room. This VRBO sure beats staying in a hotel. The four of us were able to spend out time together rather than in separate rooms. You can't go wrong staying here.

Lovely condo in a great location with beautiful views. With the warm weather, the condo was very hot and uncomfortable. There was a portable a/c unit in the primary bedroom and a standing fan in the guest room. The guest room was the warmest area. Black out shades or window tinting would be helpful as well as ceiling fans. We didn't want to be in the condo, it was warmer inside than outside... sleeping was a challenge. We requested additional fans, one extra standing fan was delivered. Some additional storage space in the bathroom would be nice, we had to keep our toiletries on the floor.
