The staff was very friendly and helpful. I knew the price was really low but figured it had to do with it being winter.. the room, while it had been cleaned (I know this for a fact because we had to wait for them to finish), was.. not great. I’m not really sure if they just put us in a bad room because they knew we had kids or if they’re all in that state, but our shower curtain was torn the bathroom walls were falling apart the door had had a hole in it that was patched with a large obvious piece of wood etc. the furniture was kind of hodge podge.. and the room was very very dim. I would not stay here again.

The suite was pretty disappointing, it felt and smelled more like a run down apartment than a hotel suite. The couch smelled like body odor and the entire suite smelled like mildew and heavy cleaning chemicals. The AC was just a noisy rolling swamp cooler, and did not do a great job of keeping the room cool. The staff was very helpful and friendly, we had nothing but good interactions with them. They were really kind and accommodating with our dog, but I doubt we would return because of the condition of the room.

Three of us stayed at Inn at Seaside to celebrate a birthday over the weekend. Cute hotel with lots of character and staff was very nice. Super clean, comfortable bed, and our kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed. Our issues were with the specific room we were given. Our room was very noisy, located right next to the breakfast room, front desk, and door leading to the pool. It was impossible to sleep without earplugs as staff rolled carts up and down after hours. Ventilation was terrible and the room super stuffy. The kitchen windows opened into the noisy hallway so no help there.The heating/ac unit dripped lots of water on the floor so we avoided using it. It was a busy weekend and the hotel was sold out, so there were no options to move to a different room.

The employees were very friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious and clean. The lobby area felt more like home with a lot of tasteful decorations. The front deck has chairs and a firepit for relaxing.
