Sheraton Park Hotel at the Anaheim Resort
"Very clean and updated modern room. We were able to get complete room service every day, even though we didn’t leave the room until afternoon each day. The bed was very comfortable. The lobby was very upscale, and the gift shop with the coffee shop was great for snacks. The laundry room was very convenient and took both quarters and Apple Pay. Our room was somewhat close to the pool, but we didn’t hear any noise in the room. Our entire stay was quiet despite many kids on property. The only thing that made noise was the service carts, as we were right by the entrance to the outside service room area, however they were considerate enough not to roll them around too early in the morning. We did have to walk outside a ways from the main lobby and then into another building to our room. It was fine in the nice weather, but wouldn’t be nice in the rain in other seasons, though probably not much of an issue in Southern California. The only big downside is any food delivery can’t go directly to the room, it has to be picked up in the lobby, which is quite an inconvenience. However, because there was limited public access, the room did feel very secure, which was a good tradeoff. All of the staff were very nice and friendly. The gym was very nice also, though I only used it for the very convenient water machine that has filtered cold water. Though we could walk to Disneyland, we opted to Uber, which was only a few dollars. Overall it was a great stay!"
