Quiet 4 star apartment with two separate bedrooms

The two-family house was completely renovated in 2002 and has been kept up to date ever since. On 2. June 2018 we were again certified with 4 DTV stars. The apartment is on the ground floor with a separate entrance. We offer you modern kitchen equipment with dishwasher, freezer, satellite flat screen TV, free WiFi and much more!
Our family-friendly apartment is ideal for an occupancy of a group of four. An extra bed for an additional person is of course available. We also offer free baby equipment, a cot and a high chair. A storage room for skis, bicycles, roof boxes or similar is available on request.

Charming, peaceful, and comfortable

The photos on the website say it all - the view from the terrace really is as shown. We had some unexpected snow in early May, but otherwise the house is excellent for exploring southern Bavaria, Munich, and Salzburg.

Einfach perfekt

Eine wunderschöne, gemütliche Ferienwohnung am Fuß der Brecherspitz. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für 4-6 Personen braucht; inklusive Spülmaschine und Tiefkühlschrank; einzig eine Mikrowelle haben wir vermisst.Im Wohn- / Essbereich gibt es einen Esstisch mit drei Stühlen und einer Bank, ein gemütliches Ecksofa mit Couchtisch und großem Flachbildschirm.Die Matratzen sowohl im Doppelbett als auch in den beiden Einzelbetten sind superbequem und haben uns wunderbare Träume beschert. Es gibt ausreichend Stauraum.Das Badezimmer ist angenehm groß, auch hier gibt es viel Stauraum und - was in vielen anderen Ferienwohnungen ein echtes Problem ist - genug Handtuchhaken; auch in einer Höhe, in der auch Badetücher aufgehängt werden können, ohne dass sie am Boden schleifen. Das WLAN funktioniert und ist sicher ausreichend, wenn nicht gerade - wie bei uns mit zwei Jugendlichen - alle zur selben Zeit etwas streamen oder online spielen wollen. Als es einmal ausgefallen war, haben die Vermieter sofort Abhilfe geschaffen, obwohl sie zu dieser Zeit ebenfalls im Urlaub waren. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine schöne große Terrasse mit Grill, die wir - da Winterurlaub - nicht genutzt haben. Dafür wurde der bereitgestellte Holzschlitten gerne angenommen. Im Garten gibt es noch eine Schaukel mit Rutsche.Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und herzlich!Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit; wir kommen gerne wieder - der nächste Schliersee-Urlaub kommt bestimmt ;-)Herzliche Grüße

Tolle Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage

Die Wohnung sowie deren Ausstattung war wie beschrieben. Alles wunderbar und sauber. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, aber trotzdem ist alles mit dem Fahrrad gut zu erreichen, egal ob Bäcker, See oder der Zug z.B. für eine Fahrt nach München. Jederzeit gerne wieder.

Auch bei zweiten Mal schön

Die FeWo liegt ruhig etwas außerhalb aber günstig an den Wanderrouten. Der See / Gastronomie ist fussläufig oder mit dem Fahrrad gut erreichbar. Als Startpunkt für Fahrrad- und Wandertouren optimal. Mit dem vorhandenen Grill kann man noch etwas Abwechslung in die Verpflegung bringen. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse auf die Berge ist überwältigend. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und helfen einem jederzeit bei Bedarf weiter. Unsere Kinder haben das WLAN nicht an seine Leistungsgrenze bringen können.
