The Space:

Brisa opens toward Sayulita and the Pacific. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors connect the main living area to a private terrace, drawing ocean views and coastal breezes through the property.



The plunge pool sits within the terrace, creating a place to cool off after the beach or watch the light shift across the coast. The primary bedroom also opens to this outdoor space, keeping the view close from morning through evening.



Inside, the kitchen, dining space, and living room share an open layout designed for time together. Contemporary finishes and natural light give the interior a clean backdrop, while the bedrooms remain separate from the main gathering area.



Brisa accommodates up to four guests:

Rooftop amenities are reserved for guests and residents age 18 and older; families have access to the family pool.

Caivama's hillside setting offers a different perspective on Sayulita. It remains within walking distance of the beach and town while sitting above the busiest streets.



Beyond Sayulita, the Riviera Nayarit includes beaches, coastal villages, hiking trails, and seasonal whale watching.



Getting Around:

Many guests walk between Caivama, downtown Sayulita, and the beach. Caivama occupies a hillside setting, so routes around the property and town include slopes.



Street parking is available near the property. Caivama does not provide on-site parking for cars or golf carts, and golf-cart charging is not available within the community.

Brisa is accessible by elevator. Caivama is a stepped hillside complex of connected buildings rather than a conventional high-rise tower. Site levels follow the elevation of the property.

Street parking is available near the property. Caivama does not provide on-site parking for cars or golf carts, and golf-cart charging is not available within the community.
