The Getaway of A Lifetime

If you are looking for a getaway that has the luxury of watching your favorite show while enjoying the solitude and serenity of being isolated from the daily grind, you've found the right place. The solitude is intoxicating watching the sun go down whether it be from the dock or poolside. The reset it wonderful, relaxing and surprisingly more than you'd expect. I got engaged while visiting this location and it's a memory that my closest friends and I will never forget!!

Turtle Pointe was the highlight of our vacation!

Turtle Pointe is on Windermere Island which is a gated and safe community. The house has the master bedroom on one side and the guest bedrooms on the other giving everyone privacy. The layout is open and spacious with plenty of seating and storage. The pool is beautiful and makes for some relaxing days! We used the kayaks and paddle boards daily. Take them to the left around the bend and you'll find Windermere's West Beach which has a bathroom, swings and comfy chairs to lounge. You'll discover tons of turtles, barracuda, fish, starfish and the occasional stingray. The boat dock has a light you can turn on at night to watch all the sea life! We had full access to the Windermere Beach Club and had a blast playing pickleball on a drizzly day. Their shop has fun hats and t-shirts for purchase. They also have a restaurant you can book on certain days. The Atlantic Ocean is super close. We drove over and parked to walk the beach. The homeowner provides a cooler, pool floats, beach towels and beach chairs. There's also a water cooler with a 5 gallon jug of water which is convenient. And there's a great screened in back porch with a big table for evening meals if you want. We will always have great memories of Tuttle Pointe!

Reviewer Comments: The location is world-class, the photos can’t possibly capture the beauty of the location or the house and the staff is next to none.I’ve traveled quite a lot over the last decade and stayed in rentals across many continents and this is the greatest and most responsive and caring team. We cooked in several nights and the kitchen is very well equipped. Charles is a fantastic property manager. He was quick to respond when we had questions. The dock was a favorite spot to relax and watch the wildlife. We enjoyed kayaking and the Atlantic side beach is stunning. We highly recommend Turtle Pointe and would love to stay here again.

Peace and quiet on Savannah Sound

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House is perfectly tucked away on Savannah Sound--but an easy walk to the beach. We practically lived on the dock. House itself has all the conveniences of home---sometimes rare at Eleuthera. Was grateful not to have to walk outside to the laundry room. Decor very pleasant too. Lots of beach towels on hand ---all in great condition! Missing it already---look forward to next time.

The island is safe, with great food and friendly people. The house is beautifully decorated, spotless, well appointed and very comfortable. All our needs were anticipated and well addressed. The huge stretch of beach was a short stroll away and mostly empty, so we felt we had it ourselves. The pool and boat dock were both our afternoon favorites. We enjoyed paddle boarding with sea turtles on the calm sound and lounging about.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Where to start - the house is gorgeous, spotlessly clean with everything that one could need and an attentive manager on-call 24/7. The house has its own pool but also one is spoiled with places to lounge, including down my the private boat dock in the company of sea turtles or at the beach just a 3-5 min walk from the front door. One of my fav activities was sunrise walks on the deserted beach.... just heaven. Lots of dining options nearby and and opportunities to be as active or as lazy as you want! Highly highly highly recommend - a wonderful experience from start to finish!
