Mold was all on ceilings and tub was dirty bathroom floor was dirty and the sink when water was ran it will stop up and I booked this room online seen pictures of the room too get there and I have a handicape room what I didn't pick and customer service sucked, when asked for money back to go somewhere else this person refused and eventually came around and refund us for the room and the room also stinked , I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Tight parling spots, I had to park over the curb. Room carpets dirty and smelly. The halls and walkways look like they were never cleaned. I would not stay here, but la quinta is the only hitel take will take my pets without charging tons of extra fees.

The staff was rude and it is apparent that they do not care about the customers. Supposedly the pool was closed because of the storm. But there was NO storm and no one informed if they were going to open it. She lied about breakfast hours and said the times were between 6 and 10. The staff at the front desk need to be retrained.I will never stay at this hotel ever again.

Very unclean I actually moved hotels Night staf had me check to see if my room was cleaned it was not I stayed in a diffrent because it was so late Next day i left , smelled horrible Please

Rude staff and Travelocity stinks!

We book d a king nonsmoking room through Travelocity. When we tried to check into the hotel, we were told they only had a smoking King room left! They said since we booked through Travelocity, the king nonsmoking room was only a request not an actual reservation for nonsmoking and they didn’t have a room like that left. We even paid more for the king size room but were unable to get it! We could have booked the double room when we originally made reservations and it would have been cheaper than the king room but obviously that was not what we wanted. Not only did we not get the room we had a confirmation for, but the staff was incredibly RUDE! We ended up staying in a room with two double beds! The air conditioner in the first double room would not even turn on. So we ended up in yet another double room which was pretty bad. Beds were old and worn out. There was hair in the shower and around the sink, GROSS!!!!!! the next night when we tried to get in our rooms, our key cards would not work. The staff had only keyed it for one night instead of two and they had to bring us more key cards and again rude....... UGH! While in the lobby the second night, I witnessed the staff being very rude to a couple that had been waiting several minutes for staff to come to the counter to help them. When a staff member finally did show up in the lobby, the couple inquiredabout a room but were told In a very ugly manner that they were all booked. Just terrible staff!

Convenient for out of town Travellers

I did enjoy my stay at La Quinta, I have stated several La Quinta is over the years and they all seem to be quite nice. The $70 $100 range fits most budgets and the hotel becomes a good bargain for that price. Easy in and out in the parking lot has easy access which I appreciate
