Upon check in I was informed our room was not yet ready. When we were informed the room was ready, it was not the type of room I booked. I showed the desk agent the email confirmation I had for the booking. ( I booked a king suite and was given a 2 full bed suite) check in date was April, booking date was February. At the desk the only reply I received was, “the room rate is the same”. Seriously? Also informed no other rooms were available. Upon entry to the room we were neither pleased or impressed. It seemed the cleanest things were the TV remote and the linens. Thank goodness. The wear and tear on the property was visibly noticeable. Hilton standard? Not to me. Run down and mismanaged in my opinion. Staff were polite and friendly, but property was below standard. I would not recommend this location to anyone. For future visits I will stay elsewhere for sure. Dirty and disgusting. Management is to blame.

The property is gross. There is mold in the vents, it’s unclean, and generally unkempt. This hotel is not the regular Homewood Suites you’re expecting. It has fallen into disrepair and doesn’t feel safe. The staff was kind and helpful.

We liked that we were able to get a kitchen for our stay. It could have been a little better stocked with pans, but the staff were very helpful in getting us anything we needed very promptly and happily.

1 of the 2 tv's would not work. Hot water was warm. A lamp did not work. Bathroom drains were very slow. The maintenance of the rooms must be non existent.

I have stayed at this hotel 4 times previously and had good experiences. I will not go back after this stay. First, half of the carpet in the living room area of our room was soaking wet. When I called the front desk they said it happens when it rains and that was it. Next the parking lot flooded and we were unable to leave the hotel for the evening seems the drains in the parking lot weren't working properly. When we called the front desk for suggestions on where to go to get dinner -walking distance, they were no help at all. The final straw was that they double charged my debit card for my room for two nights, after being provided with a credit card for the payment - So for a 2 night stay I was charged 3 times. When I called to complain- they said it would take 3-5 business days for the charges to fall off my checking account even though it was their error. Called corporate office and they were no help either said they would give me a free nights stay when I checked out- Checked out and that didn't happen. Worst customer service! Will never stay at a Homewood Suites or Hilton again!

The hotel is conveniently located

The experience was great do to location of the hotel. Great for saving money on eating out by serving breakfast and Managers special..I wish they kept rooms clean as their service is outstanding. Very professional staff...look like cleanliness is only concern...if they do that well I would rate them 5 stars
