Our place is made up of two separate single level townhomes in the same historic building, on both the 1st and 3rd floor! Whether you prefer the top floor with a huge private balcony or no steps first floor with swinging front porch bench for your morning coffees! If you're coming to town for a family reunion, friends getaway, or spontaneous trip what ever the occasion may be, you'll always have space to be together.



Each 1400 sq ft townhome features a big open floor plan layout including huge kitchens with features plenty of counter space to prepare your favorite home-cooked meals, in addition to stainless steel appliances, packed with everything you need to entertain. Both gathering spaces offer plenty of comfortable seating!

Stayed here for a bachelorette party. I did miss the part about being two separate units but it worked out perfectly. Upstairs was so cute with the roof top sitting area. Jake was great with communication. We were a little less than a mile from Broughton street. Area felt safe and neighbors were nice.
