Welcome to Sarlat-la-Canéda, in the heart of the Périgord Noir, in this charming furnished house located in the town centre, just a few steps away from shops, markets and restaurants. Ideal for 4 people, it offers all the comfort necessary for a pleasant stay, as well as a small private terrace at the rear to enjoy a moment of calm after your days of discovery. Whether you are lovers of history, walks or gastronomy, you will be delighted: stroll through the medieval streets, explore the caves of Lascaux, admire the panoramas of the Marqueyssac gardens or let yourself be seduced by neighbouring villages such as La Roque-Gageac or Domme.
Push open the front door and discover a 30 m² living space. The open-plan kitchen, fully equipped (refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave), provides you with everything you need for cooking. For your breakfasts, you will also find a toaster, a kettle and a filter coffee maker. Share your meals around the dining table for 4 people or prefer the one on the terrace, in the fresh air. In the evening, gather in the lounge area with its sofa, armchairs, a coffee table and a television. A bathroom with shower and toilet completes the ground floor.
Go upstairs and discover two bedrooms as well as a second bathroom with shower and toilet. The first bedroom is equipped with two single beds 90x190 cm, the second has a double bed 140x190 cm. You will also find a storage corridor for your belongings.
The accommodation does not have a private parking space, but spaces are available in the city car parks. Please note that they are chargeable from 1st April to 31st October.
