It started off rough. The handle to the door going into the lobby is so covered in dirty and grime that I refused to touch it and had to use my sleeve. I will give props that they are doing some renovations. The room has new floors, bathtub, tiles. The bedding and linens were new.... but they kept the old furniture and lighting that needed a lot of love and TLC. I did sleep very well. They did have a basic breakfast. Waffles, toast & cereal. The corridors reeked of pot, that was not pleasant. And the hand trails of the stairs were as grimy as the front door. I don't see myself returning to this property in the future.
