"The grounds are absolutely stunning, we had a riverside room and it was pure paradise! Extremely pleasant and helpful staff. There's an excellent hiking trail throughout the property as well as a guided tour available across the suspension bridge into the park. "Top marks to the staff (special thanks to Xavi, Claudia, and Esteban) who made this the best hotel during our trip as their service was with a genuine smile and helpfulness. The rooms are very simple (youth hostel standard) but it is well-kept. The surroundings (lots of birds) are magical and fresh (lovingly-prepared) breakfast and dinner was very good. It is remote (that makes it special) so you do need a car or rely on transport. Highly recommend doing the Green Rivers rafting tour and the Night Tour with Sarapiqui Xperience (all booked via the hotel). "
