Limpeza e Atendimento impecáveis
Tivemos um fim de semana maravilhoso. O sítio é tudo que está descrito. Fomos num grupo de 20 pessoas e todos ficaram muito bem acomodados. Limpeza impecável, tanto da área externa quanto das áreas internas. Aproveitamos todos os espaços: salão de jogos, piscina, quadras, etc. O atendimento também muito bom. A Tainá, que cuida do sítio, a proprietária, todos muito solícitos e empenhados e nos proporcionar uma estadia tranquila e segura. Com certeza voltaremos em breve.

Péssima Estadia no Carnaval
A Rosenilda nos passou itens que não eram verdade. O sitio demora a alugar e é limpo apenas no check-in, é imundo, sujeira nos chãos, paredes, banheiros. Quesito limpeza é um nojo. A casa de cima cheira a fossa. Tem rato, todas as noites escutávamos o barulho dele andando, e para nossa surpresa no último dia o mesmo desceu do forro. Lembrando que tínhamos crianças na casa, um absurdo a casa não passar por desratização. Infinitas baratas para todos os lados, quartos, banheiros e até mesmo na cozinha, o gabinete está infestado, tiramos foto onde mostrava várias fezes dos bichos, inclusive quando abri a gaveta pra mostrar para a moça da limpeza saiu uma barata no nosso pé. Na casa debaixo um ralo está entupido, o da última suíte, em frente a churrasqueira coberta, ao tomar banho a água começou a subir de cor escura alagando o quarto. Condomínio Fechado - MENTIRA, o sitio fica diretamente ligado a estrada que foi um dia em um condomínio. Não existe mais o ping pong do anuncio, o que tinha lá eram dois pedaços de madeira quebrado, o pebolim a madeira do campo está estufada e com isso pega no pé dos jogadores, não conseguindo chutar e a sinuca com caída gigante. Parquinho - NÃO EXISTE, ele está com 2 balanços quebrados, o escorrega enferrujado onde é perigoso a criança se machucar. As camas estão em péssimas qualidades, todas estão remendadas com arame, os estrados tem junção de várias madeiras. Wifi só pega na sala. Recomendação 0 para o aluguel desse sitio. PESSIMO.

Ótima estadia. Chácara completa e espaçosa. Muitos quartos. Espaço de lazer muito bons e grandes. Muito área verde, e muitas árvores com frutos como limão, manga, jaca, abacate. E possível desfrutar da natureza de todas as formas. Fomos visitados por várias aves, dentre elas tucanos e maritacas. Dei algumas sugestões a Rosenilda sobre alguns pontos que vão ajudar a propriedade e tenho certeza que quando eu voltar todas esses pontos estarão ajustados para uma ainda melhor experiência. Ah, a Rosenilda é o Nildo São muito prestativos, empático e sempre prontos a ajudar. A experiência começa desde o contato com eles, mesmo que por telefone! Até breve, pois prometo não demorar para voltar.

Super recomendo
Estive com minha família de 23 a 25/04/21 no sitio e foi um final de semana maravilhoso, tudo o que esta no site e um pouco mais, Rose (proprietária) e o Nildo (administrador) foram muito prestativos, fomos em 39 pessoas entre adultos e crianças e ficamos muito bem instalados. Vamos voltar com certeza.

A Rose é uma pessoa sensacional! Seu administrador super atencioso, da dicas de onde comprar pão, cerveja sem vc sair de casa, ele passa panfleto de informações. A casa estava limpa, chácara impecável na arrumação. TD funcionou perfeitamente. Obrigada Rose. Voltarei com certeza! 😘
