We were locked out of the room and it took an hour and 30 minutes to get in contact with someone. We were extremely late to our concert and basically missed our entire concert

Great option for a family stay. We spent one night and everything went smoothly. There’s no on-site parking, but we easily found available spots right in front of the building. The self check-in and check-out system worked flawlessly.

Quarto perfeito, instalação, componentes (ar condicionado, fogao, geladeira, cama, tudo PERFEITO). o único problema, é a comunicação com alguém do prédio, pois talvez eu tenha perdido meu celular, e não acho ninguém pra falar lá. Tive que esperar na segunda feira no almoço pra ver se a camareira encontra. devia ter alguém mais próximo, disponível pra esse tipo de problema

Não tem câmeras dentro do elevador, nem câmeras filmando os corredores dos quartos. Como mulher viajando sozinha me senti muito insegura, pois também não há segurança ou recepcionista no local. Eu já sabia que seria tudo digital e por isso esperava que houvessem ali cameras cobrindo todo o recinto. Os travesseiros são duros e muito desconfortáveis. A localização me atendia. As instalações são novas, limpas, confortáveis e de bom gosto. A cama e o chuveiro são muito bons.

O apartamento é muito bom e a localização também muito boa, o custo Benefício é ótimo!!! O problema é que o condomínio não tem nenhum lazer, apenas uma academia que não usei e um mercadinho que ainda não funciona!!!
