Nunca hice uso del departamento y nadie se ha comunicado conmigo. Es un chiste todo??

No hice uso del departamento y nadie se ha comunicado conmigo. La página de VRBO es un chiste. La página recibió el pago, llamé al número de contacto y no existe. Llegué al lugar y nadie se comunicó conmigo. Intenté contactar al dueño a través de un chat de VRBO y estuve 15 minutos hablando, al parecer con una computadora. Al día de hoy, sigo sin respuesta y perdí mi dinero.
