This 4 bedroom home is both modern and comfortable. It is a single story home with a large living room, 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, and 12 beds! Super comfy layout for 8 guests.
It is nestled in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to local parks and trails! Santee is known for being a close community including weekly movies in the local parks during the summer. Mission Trails regional park is an amazing park filled with tons of trails to fulfill all of your hiking / outdoor needs!

The Space:
This house is ideal for relocating families, traveling professionals and extended vacationers. All the comforts of home are provided.

You'll be sure to get a good nights sleep in this quiet neighborhood. If you want to enjoy some sunshine, the back yard is the perfect spot with lots of outdoor sitting and dining areas to enjoy! The kitchen is a full kitchen for all of your home cooking needs. There is also a garage and driveway available for you to park your cars. You'll find the free washer and dryer in the garage too. This home is perfect for extended stays or for short term stays - whatever brings you to San Diego!

Guest Access:
Exclusive use of entire residence (except for the RV storage on the side of the house).

The Neighborhood:
Quiet residential neighborhood, close to school, park and Mission Trails Regional Park for hiking and biking trails.

Getting Around:
Easy access to freeways 52 and 125. Bus stops nearby for quick access to San Diego Trolley.

San Diego now requires all guests to sign a Good Neighbor Policy document prior to staying. We do enforce their policy so it must be signed in order to receive checkin info, but we will make it super easy for you to initial and sign :) It can all be done online.

Although we provide self-check in for a completely contactless experience, we are available to help answer any questions prior to and during your stay! For the fastest response - pls message us through the Airbnb / VRBO app.
The owner also lives in the neighborhood and can quickly respond to guest needs.

Welllllll ….

The beds were comfortable, for our purposes the location was great. The home was not the cleanest, dishwasher never worked and the kitchen was bleak. If you could not cook it with a 7” Teflon skillet and a cookie sheet, you were out of luck. We ended up setting the big garbage can out as it was over full and bringing it back inside the yard for the owner.

Family Vacation

We chose this property because of it's proximity to our family member that lived in the area. The four bedrooms worked perfect for two couples and two kids, who sleep better in their own rooms. A variety of mattress firmness' fit our family perfect :-). The home and backyard worked well for corralling two youngsters.

Property review.

This was the worst property that I stayed in with VRBO. In fact, VRBO should remove the property from it's offering. The property was not ready to receive customers. I had to search the property for the main water valve. There was no running water when we entered the property. There was no electricity in the bathroom receptacles. The GFS system would continuously kick off and I would have to go to the main breaker box to reset the breakers. Removed the shower curtain in the main bathroom due to mold. The carpeting was filthy and NEVER removed my shoes while in the house. This property was unclean and nit up to my stabdards for the price I paid. I would not walk away from this property, I would run!!!
