Prices go down depending on the lenght you stay.
Urbanizacion La Quinta is a residential area, about 5-8 minutes driving from Puerto de la Cruz. It belongs to Santa Ursula, a typical Spanish village, which has not been spoiled by tourism. There are many typical restaurants there where you can enjoy nice food for a small amount of money and shops .

Urbanización La Quinta has an ideally central location. From here you can reach many places of interest in just a few minutes by car:

Excellent.Perfect location to know the north of the island

What a wonderful 2 weeks we had here. Quiet location slept well comfortable bed, , all restaurants, bars, supermarkets are about 5 minutes by car, there is also a restaurant and a supermartek that you can reach very easily by foot.The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay, the small balcony was just great for morning breakfast and evening meal. Plenty of kitchen utensils , but there are many places around where to eat very cheap.The owners were great, easy to communicate with and helpful with advice before we travelled and also when they welcomed us on our arrival. They care a lot about every little thing. We are already planning to come here again!!

Ferienwohnung in schöner ruhiger Lage

Die Wohnung liegt in einer schönen ruhigen Wohngegend . Sie ist bestens ausgestattet mit allem was man so braucht . Ein kleiner Supermarkt ist zu Fuß zu erreichen. Hier kann man alles für den täglichen Bedarf erstehen. Um Restaurants zu erreichen sollte man allerdings ein Fahrzeug zur Hand haben.

Prima appartement, alle voorzieningen zijn aanwezig. Wel één probleem, de straatnaam klopte niet

We hebben een prettige tijd gehad in dit appartement. Wel is een auto wenselijk omdat het wat afgelegen ligt en geen strandmogelijkheden in de directe omgeving heeft.

Un lugar acogedor y muy tranquilo donde Inmaculada su propietaria cuida hasta el mínimo detalle para que la estancia sea perfecta. La ubicación es perfecta para conocer Tenerife y el pueblo es muy tranquilo y bien comunicado. Destacar sin duda la atención de su propietaria ¡Gracias Inma por tu atención!!!
