Soleil House is located in the city of Santa Rosa and the heart of bucolic Sonoma County. This 3-bedroom, 2 bath home can accommodate up to 6 people and includes a fully equipped kitchen, games and a relaxing backyard. Enjoy the indoor and outdoor dining spaces, soak up some sun on the hammock, have a fun game night, or head out to explore the local sites.

The City of Santa Rosa indicates absolutely NO outdoor amplified sound shall be allowed. A maximum number of 6 guests are allowed. Only 3 daytime guests maybe accompany registered guests. Visitation hours for those daytime guests is after 8am and before 9pm. Quiet hours are 9pm to 8am.

The owner lives on property, but it is doubtful you run into her unless she's in the garden or attending to chickens. I have a small dog, a Malti-poo, named Cali. There are also five chickens on the property. No rooster!

Exceeded Expectations
My adult son and I and my dog stayed for 3 nights. The location was great. Close to the fairgrounds where I competed with my dog in an agility event and close to Spring Lake Park where we could go for a walk. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. The backyard was convenient to potty the dog and I used the deck and hose with sprayer to clean her up when she got muddy trialing in the rain. I would definitely stay again.

Great place!
We enjoyed the chickens-- so pretty to watch! Beds and linens were very comfortable, and we appreciated the ingredients list for the bath products! Nicely stocked kitchen, and easy checkout topped off a really nice visit.

Simple But Functional
This is a 1970’s tract home that is mostly original, but well kept and very clean. It is across the street from the high school field on a country-ish road. It is conveniently located near Montgomery Village with easy access to Hwy. 12. The owner lives in a unit built on the back of the house, completely separate from rental. She was very pleasant and accommodating. The yard is big with chickens in the very back. There is a space on the side of the house to allow easy access for pups to potty. The beds are comfortable, water pressure is good… 2 things that are important to us. We needed a place to sleep as we were in town for an event. It worked out perfectly.

Perfect Santa Rosa home
