Beautiful 3+ acre ranch property surrounded by vineyards and ranches. Perfect location: 1 hour from the Golden Gate Bridge, 5-15 min drive from multiple Sonoma County towns (Sebastopol, Healdsburg, Windsor, Santa Rosa, Geyserville). Full property is on solar (including the pool). Trampoline, garden and chicken coop as well! Large, 4,000 square foot main house with massive great room and 4 well-sized bedrooms (include 2 suites). Pool table and separate bar area. Given the layout, this is an excellent home for an extended family or 2 families to share.
