The updated kitchen includes a freestanding island, brand-new gas cooktop, beverage and wine fridge, and refreshed kitchen essentials for easy meals at home.

Just off the kitchen is a convenient powder bath with a sink and toilet, providing added convenience for guests and gatherings.

A first-floor queen bedroom with a private ensuite bath and walk-in shower provides a quiet and convenient retreat. The bedroom also includes a TV, dresser, and bedside tables for added comfort.

Upstairs offers a layout that works perfectly for families. Two king bedrooms each include their own ensuite bathrooms, giving adults space and privacy. The primary suite has been expanded and features a double vanity, walk-in shower, separate toilet room, and generous closet space.
