Just perfect

Beautiful home that had everything we needed. Owners were very helpful with the few questions we had as well. We loved how close it was to the pool plus the bikes that were available to get around the area. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

Perfect Beach Trip House

Everything about this house was amazing! The location was perfect for our young family (1.5 and 3.5 year old). We went to Deer Lake State Park, which was only a 2 minute drive, during the day and took walks and rode bikes at night, in a safe and slow neighborhood. The main pool was a great size and super fun for all ages. The customer service was exceptional. The team was available via text message, responding to messages within 5-15 minutes. I cannot recommend this house and the exceptional customer service enough. We will be back!

This house was so clean so organized and had everything we needed. The owners were wonderful to work with and extremely accommodating. The pool was so nice and enjoyed the location for restaurants and shopping we absolutely will rent again

Property was in a nice quiet community with other townhomes, great community pool and a quick walk from this unit, easy access to 30A biking path and the Hub is across the way and is a great spot to take kids for the afternoon. Public beach access was about 1 mile to west, easy to get to. Beds were very comfy and to our liking. The floor was dirty upon our arrival, not visible dirt, just dirty and needed a wash as our feet were very dirty just walking in the house…the manager was very responsive and had someone come out and clean them while we were out for the day and they were a bit better. Walls upstairs are a bit thin, could hear adjacent rooms too well…but between units it was very quiet. We had a great stay here.

Great area

Prominence is a great neighborhood for a 30A vacation. We enjoyed the pool, participated in activities at the Big Chill (their website has an updated schedule), rode bikes to Alys and Rosemary, took quick car rides to Seaside, and used Deer Lake State Park for our beach access. The Recovery Room is airy and comfortable as well, with the hard-to-find quality of having enough seating in the den/living room area to accommodate everyone (for example, we found several places that would sleep 6 - the number in our party - but only had comfy seating for three or four.) We played cards and watched March Madness, and everyone had a comfy spot.

Great place!

Our stay here was very good and we had a wonderful time. The rental company was literally the best I have ever had. They were so helpful and sweet through the entire stay. I would recommend any property they manage without hesitation. The unit itself is comfortable and relaxing. It is well appointed and close to the pool, etc. and also close to shops and restaurants in watersound. We had plenty of space and loved the overall feel of the place. The only thing I would warn against is the proximity to the beach (this is no fault of the unit itself or the rental company). The actual Watersound development controls the access to the beach and they have it fenced off. You literally can't get to the beach even though it's only a few blocks away. We went to the nearby public beach and it was beautiful of course, but if you are looking for a quick stroll down to the water you might be disappointed a bit. This rental company has more units in the 30A area so I would possibly book one of those if you need beach access. All in all our stay was amazing, our hosts were amazing, and we would definitely come back! : )

Great Stay!!

We have rented several properties in Prominence over the years, I must say this property is in our top 2 most favorite places to stay. Place was clean and equipped with everything you need. All beds and bedding were top quality in addition to wireless charges in the bedrooms for your cell phones, making it an even better experience. If I had any feedback for the owner would be to add a small trash can for the kitchen. Owner was very responsive with any questions/concerns as well. We had all around great experience at this property.

Recovery Room was perfect

Just home from a 9 night stay at the recovery room. This was a great experience overall with great contact and support from Dolly and Rebecca before we left to ensuring we had everything on arrival. The house was great - every picture is accurate and had everything we needed and more. We won’t look Past the recovery room as first choice for any future bookings, it really was that good all round.

Beautiful home

Very lovely home with comfortable and elegant decor. Thoughtfully well appointed - chargers everywhere which was a nice touch. Great getaway to celebrate my daughters bday. Very busy this summer so we didn’t get to the pool since it was crowded. Short drive to the beach.

Recovery Room Providence

Once the door opened and we walked in, we immediately felt a sense of relaxation. Everything in the house was in line with the online description. We were all impressed with the polite & friendly atmosphere and people. The location of the property in regards to the Hub and the beach is fabulous. Our morning walks & bike rides were surrounded by such great scenery. We will visit this area/home again.

Excellence in every way!

Everything about this property was excellent! It was just steps from the pool but you couldn’t hear a thing. It was clean and had a kitchen stocked with more than you could ever need. There were plenty of extra pillows, blankets, towels, beach toys, everything you need to make your stay amazing! We would have loved access to the golf cart and larger coffee cups so that it didn’t overflow every time we made a cup. But our stay was fantastic and we would definitely come back to this property!

Ein perfekter Aufenthalt
