Wonderful Stay!

House is big and spacious. Everything was very clean. Beds were very comfy. Pool area is also very nice and conveniently located to house. Would definitely stay here again!!

We absolutely loved this home! It was perfect for our trip. We had 4 couples & 3 babies under 2. We were sold when we found out each room had its own bathroom. Super kid friendly & communication was just a text away. It was perfect!!

Family beach vacation

Our family stayed for a week the last part of June and had a wonderful time visiting Santa Rosa and staying in this property. It is very well laid out has plenty of space and we definitely enjoyed everyone having their own bathroom. It is located in a fantastic area to so many Restaurants, shops, and beac. The 6 seater golf cart made it very easy to go anywhere down 30 a without having to use our car. The only time we actually drove in a car was to go to the grocery store. I would definitely recommend staying here and the communication with the owner was very quick.

Beautiful Home

This is a beautiful home that had plenty of seating and dining room for our group of 7 adult family members, in a great location. The golf cart was an added bonus that we really enjoyed. The kitchen was large and well appointed, which was important to us since we enjoy cooking and eating most of our meals jn. We were so pleased!

Great house!

This was a perfect place for our group! Plenty of space, well put together, and nicely decorated. It was very clean and close to the beach, many restaurants, and ice cream! We loved the 3 king beds along with the bunk room. The beds were very comfortable, and each bedroom had a bathroom which was a plus! It checked all the boxes for us. We had a wonderful time!

June 2024 Vacation

Everything was good on our stay! The property managers were easily reached through text and the house was clean and the golf cart was a added bonus that we took to the beach access points! Only complaint would be, we wished there was more then one towl per person, so we didnt have to wash a load everyday, the washer worked but we did have to keep an eye on it because it would become unbalanced and send a error code. Overall we would stay here again!

Fun beach stay!!

Location is great- close to the beach & a couple places to eat. 10-15 minute golf cart ride to downtown seaside. All 4 rooms have their own bathroom which is nice. I have stayed in a lot of vacation rentals. We did have to rent pack n play/baby stuff & beach gear separately. Little golf cart delay when we got there which was fixed promptly. Needed to ask for beach towels & extra paper towels, kitchen/bathroom supplies (I’ve never experienced this before). Although, they were very prompt to reply and get us everything we needed. We had a great time & would definitely go back!

Perfect Family Getaway at Ventana Breeze!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay at Ventana Breeze beach house was absolutely wonderful! We love this area and have already made plans to return next year. The house was perfect for our group of eight—especially the large, comfy couch where we could all hang out during downtime, and the spacious dining table that became our go-to spot for games and puzzles.One huge bonus was the abundance of towels—we never had to worry about running out, even with a full house. The bunk room was a hit with the kids (ages 4 to 12); they had plenty of space to spread out while still being close together.Alex, our contact during the stay, was incredibly helpful and responsive. We also really appreciated having the golf cart—it made trips to local restaurants and beach access super easy with stress-free parking. The house was open for an extra day so we extended our stay and absolutely do not regret it!!!Ventana Breeze made for a relaxing, fun-filled family vacation, and we can’t wait to come back!

Could be better

Several electrical issues. Master bath- no working outlets for blow dryer or hair tools. Had to go to someone else’s room. Toilet tissue holder not on wall. Outside side porch lamp not working properly and one of the inside lamps was not working. Overall cleanliness could have been better. Lots of dust and hair in floors.

The golf cart was an added bonus and made our trips to the beach and restaurants so nice with our crew. The close proximity to the neighborhood pool was so nice for us to easily walk over with our kids. We had an issue with the a/c the first day but the property was quick to send someone out and had it fixed in no time. We were very pleased with the prompt replies and communication from the rental company. Would recommend and stay again. Thanks for a great week with family and friends!

The home is perfect for a large family vacation and is right next to the community pool. I would recommend this spot to anyone!
