Welcome to our two-bedroom condo in Miramar Beach, the perfect spot for a family vacation! The beach is just a short walk away, and Sandestin shops and golf courses are less than five minutes from home. On-site, the Health Club offers a sauna, two hot tubs, a fitness center, tennis courts, and two heated outdoor swimming pools. Enjoy tranquil evenings taking in the surrounding views from your private balcony while sipping on a favorite cocktail or cup of tea. If you would like to experience a more relaxing evening outside the condo, there is a beachside bar and cafe on the property for your use. This air-conditioned retreat offers a pristine open floor plan with a welcoming living room with a huge sectional and TV, a dining area, and a well-appointed kitchen with stainless steel appliances. It also includes the convenient use of WiFi and a private washer/dryer. And don't forget the tram - it stops at the Health Club and the beach, making it easy to get around.

Please be advised that the Summit Homeowners Association is coordinating a roofing project on the property through May 2025, and construction may take place during your stay. We expect minimal disruption and all materials will be confined within a fenced-off area located on the northeast side of the parking lot.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Great vacation spot!

Everything was super clean when we arrived. The community was very nice as was out unit. Really close to a lot of great restaurants and the short walk to the beach was very convenient. Definitely would stay here again!

Clean and quiet condo

The condo was tastefully, decorated, clean, and quiet. My family and I enjoyed both pools as well as plenty of time playing in the waves at the beach.
