Awesome place!

Great condo close to beach and pool. Bikes and other amenities provided were great bonus. Condo was “super cute” (wifes’s words!) and had everything we needed for a great, relaxing stay. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect Family Trip

Everything about staying here was perfect for our family. The place was clean and super convenient to the pool and The Hub. The place was very well equipped with everything we could possibly need. We are looking at coming back in the fall we had such a great time!

Excellent property

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was immaculately clean and Romney was a great host. The condo had everything we needed for cooking and enjoying the beach. We loved the proximity to the pool and the Hub. We would definitely stay here again.

Luxury Family Townhome in the heart of 30 A

Comfortable, clean home with everything needed to enjoy a week at the beach. Our family loved spending the week in this home. We checked out the different beaches, state parks and little resort towns in the area nearby. Gulf beaches were beautiful!

The Perfect Week

This property is beautiful and in amazing proximity to the pool. It doesn't get better than this! We love the location of the Prominence community. It is perfectly situated in between Seaside and Rosemary Beach, with just a quick bike ride to the beach. The house has everything you could possibly want or need. Including 4 bikes, beach toys, towels, chairs and a wagon. It's beautifully decorated, clean and serene. This was our first trip to 30A and it was absolutely perfect. Thank you to Romney & Andy for sharing your beautiful home with our family. We will definitely be back!

Excellent location and clean property

The property is comfortable and clean. It is convenient to the pool and The Big Chill, formerly known as The Hub. The only area of opportunity is the internet service is challenging. My husband and I both were working remotely and the reception was spotty. Having said that, the property manager/owner was responsive and offered as many possible solutions. We would definitely stay here again.

So cute!

What a pretty little condo! Just the right size for my two friends and I. The perfect location - right near the pool and walking distance from shops and restaurants at the Hub. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Family Vacation

We couldn’t have asked for a better place for our family. This property has everything you need for your family. The owners are extremely nice and respond quickly. The house was very clean, has bikes, beach toys ect. It is across from the pool/the hub and short ride to beaches. We will rent again!!!!

Best place we've stayed in Prominence

We've stayed at the Prominence condos 3 times and this was the best place so far! It had everything you would need and more during your vacation. The condo was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Some of the best features to the condo is the location (by the pool), the board games, the kitchen essentials, and the assorted items for the beach.

Wonderful experience

This property is well-maintained and cleaned! You can tell that the owners care about their guests’ stay! The open communication throughout the stay was top notch! Our favorite about the property is its close location to the pool!

Beautiful, very comfortable, modern condo

Super comfortable bedding, lots of linens (including EIGHT beach towels), beautifully decorated, very well stocked kitchen, bikes and beach accessories (aforementioned towels, chairs, and an EXCELLENT wagon) provided, and, literally, across the street from the pool. It is a middle unit, but we never heard any noise from the neighbors.

Beautiful place!

This property is exactly as described. The homeowner, although new to Vrbo, was so communicative and accommodating. The condo was beautiful and perfectly located, although could be closer to the beach. The property amenities are also wonderful, with the resort style pool

Amazing vacation rental

We had such an amazing time during our stay. The house was very clean, high end and had the most comfortable beds. We loved being in walking distance to the pool and Hub. And loved exploring the area. Our boys loved the xbox and having their own bunk room. Romney was an amazing host answering questions before our trip and helping sort out the internet when we arrived. We can't wait to book our next vacation getaway.
