Beautiful open floor concept in the living/kitchen/dining area allows your entire group to gather and spend quality time together. Custom shiplap has been added with reclaimed wood throughout the living room and a built-in drink station adds that special touch. No need to fill up the fridge with drinks, when you can stock the beverage fridge for easy access. The kitchen is fully stocked with supplies if you'd like to cook, or cruise to one of the nearby restaurants for your meals. This home has everything you will need to create a home away from home while on vacation! This home is professionally managed by All 30A Properties, comes with four adult bicycles, a 6 seater golf cart, access to the community's huge resort style pool, and the option to rent additional bikes/golf carts as a discounted rate directly through our company. Pets are allowed but will require a $200 non-refundable pet fee. Fantastic beach house and great pool

Great place with great amenities (golf cart, lagoon pool with waterfalls, bikes, beach gear) - we loved the nearby beach too! The whole family had a wonderful time.
