Great family fun

Everything was great! The house was perfect…we had 2 small issues, but they were both taken care of immediately! We would recommend this house and location to anyone traveling with children.

Great Place

The home was as pictured and advertised. Great communication with hosting company. Lots of clean bath and pool towels. VERY close to the Beach Club. Plenty of kitchen supplies if you want to prepare a big meal.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our extended family enjoyed our stay on Silver Laurel. The house was clean and well-maintained. It is also an easy walk to the beach club and town square where we spent the majority of our time. I recommend this rental and would stay there again.

You need to have someone spray for them. There must be standing water somewhere around that house.

We love this area. Everything is just a short Walk or bike ride away. A golf cart would be beneficial at times but is not a must. The home is well equipped and lay out is great for larger groups.

Beautiful house. Beautiful location.

Overall, the house was perfect for our group. The only critique I would have is that the air conditioner could not keep up with the Florida heat. Something that can be easily handled and fixed.

The bunk beds are a little high for the age of our kids but that could be resolved with the rails the slide in place if we had known.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location to spend from Christmas to New Years. Walk out of house and go right for an easy 5 min walk to Seaside for all the shopping, restaurants, and New Year’s Eve party. Go left for a 5 min walk to the club or to the boat house walking past the beautiful lit up trees. What was great was you can also see the fireworks from the back of house too on NYE. It was very easy to check-in and the rental company was so responsive I asked if they were an AI. They weren’t. The beach club was perfect since pool was heated - just take a robe for you and kids to warm up quickly. House was beautiful and while the living space was on 2nd floor it allowed for more privacy. The bikes made it more fun to ride the lake trails around watercolor. There were 10 of us and felt there was plenty of space even though we did have to share bathrooms. We chose this place since dog friendly for our golden doodle, but the house didn’t seem like it allowed pets since so clean. Everyone said the beds were all comfortable with nice linen. We loved the porch out front. Kitchen had everything we needed but did wish it had a water filter but really no big in pm no deal.

Summer Stay with Teens

Wonderful location, best in neighborhood. The kids hung on the porches, sleeping arrangement was great. Kids downstairs on level one, master on main level two. The only downside to the week was given the layout and heat, the AC couldn’t keep up upstairs. It would climb to 78/79 during the day and not cool off until around 4am. When cooking, which we did a lot, the gas stove heats the main level even more. Box fans were provided with the home, which was helpful. Main level, where the kids were, was cool. Might want to think of adding another AC unit that can keep up upstairs during summer months. Thanks for a great stay, otherwise!
