Fall Break at Seaclusion

This house was a great fit for our two families. Very comfortable beds plenty of bathrooms. The beach was just a short walk and an even shorter ride on the golf cart. Super nice to have when lugging all of the beach gear down! Everyone also thoroughly enjoyed the pool. Great stay!

Loved it!

We had a really wonderful family vacation at Seaclusion. The location in Santa Rosa Beach was so perfect, we were right next to amazing food and fun bike and standup paddle rentals. The proximity to the beach was just right and an easy walk. The house had so many fun toys for playing in the pool and digging in the sand (kids had a blast) with very comfortable beach chairs (adults could enjoy and relax). We had everything we needed for a wonderful week! Thank you Daniel for your attentive help when we needed you!

Fun Family Beach weekend in October

My husband and I booked this property for a long weekend in October with our adult children, spouses, and 5 month old daughter. We were thrilled that it is dog friendly and we could bring our two Labrador retrievers. The house has a lovely, partially shaded pool, plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas and other beach gear (plus a beach wagon to cart it all there). If you want to cook (we did) the kitchen is well stocked with all the equipment you might need to prepare your meals, and even has a second refrigerator on the deck over the pool, near the grill. The family room area has sufficient room and seating for the entire family (we were 6 adults plus an infant). House is close enough to the beach that walking there every day with the beach wagon was a breeze. And it’s located just off 30a within walking distance of great restaurants and, conveniently, across the street from Goatfeathers. Beds were comfortable, maintenance/information rep was available to help and answered text questions promptly. Super well maintained rental place that we would rent again in a heartbeat. We had a great time, courtesy of this terrific property!!

Labor Day Weekend Vacation

Another Labor Day weekend vacation in the books at Seaclusion 30A!! YESSSSSS, you read it correctly!! This is our second time with this rental and everyone enjoyed it again!! It is very clean and has everything you need from kitchen necessities, beach equipment, a golf cart, pool toys, and most of all plenty of space. It is nice there were updates to furniture/appliances. The family loves the location being the beach is walking distance and restaurants/grocery store isn’t far. The beach water/weather was affected by the storms, however that didn’t stop the fun. The backyard/pool kept us entertained! Another plus, the maintenance guy Daniel is the BEST!! He communicated/responded whenever I needed assistance. I’m so thankful we found this gem!! Everyone left refreshed and wanting to come back in the future. Thank you for providing a wonderful beach home for large families away from home!!

Responsive manager

Response from manager was excellent when a storm left debris in the pool and one of the a/c s needed a blower motor. Our only complaint was the noise factor (not all the time - just sometimes) from the commercial business near the beach house. Otherwise, we had a lovely week with family. Fishing, paddle boarding, pool time, beach time, good nearby restaurants - so much to do and a golf cart to get there. Fun time.

Had a wonderful stay, walked to the beach every morning. The outdoor patios were great, everyone slept well. Had an issue with the grill and the management company promptly took care of it. Really liked our stay.

Family Vacation

We came down as a 4 families. 8 adults and 4 kids. There was plenty of space for us all. The easy access to the beach and golf cart were an added bonus! You are right behind an ice cream/sandwich shop. And Goatfeathers offers all the fresh seafood. We enjoyed so much steamed shrimp! We had other family members staying across the street so that was so nice to be so close to them. The one bed located on the main floor in the single bunk room was extremely uncomfortable. Suggest replacing the mattress if possible. Everything else was Great! We will definitely consider this home for any future stays in the area.

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Absolutely cannot rave enough about the property management team. They were so accommodating and can’t thank them enough. The house and amenities are PERFECT! We had 15 girls stay and we had so much room. 1 min walk to beach. And the golf cart was extremely useful. Will hopefully be back!

Happy for the second year!

Was so glad to get the home for a second year! Was surprise how well maintained the home was and how many upgrades were done to the home (updated bathroom and new furniture). Love how the home is always geared up with items such as beach gear, margarita machine and other household items. Our family and friends loved staying here again.

Location, Location, Location

This home is as good as it gets when it comes to being in the perfect spot. Close to the beach, a very short walk (or shorter golf cart ride) to beach access, and very near shopping and restaurants. The yard is great for kids to run and play, the pool gets plenty sun and then great later afternoon shade. The house has room for everyone and due to the three levels is quiet at night for restful sleep. The balconies were great for viewing and relaxing. Our family had a great week here! The dining room table for 10 was perfect for many nights of cards, crafts, and a wonderful game of Ocean Bingo we found at Seaside that all 10 of us played several nights! Memories for all of us ages 3-1/2 to 83! Thanks for sharing your place with us.

June 2022 Family Vacation

We enjoyed our 2022 family vacation at Seaclusion! The house is in a great location and close access to the beach access! We enjoyed the patio on the second floor and pool. The golf cart was a great plus. We plan to come back.

Family beach trip 2022

Beautiful property with just steps to the beach. Fully stocked kitchen with everything we needed. We had a party of 12 and plenty of room for everyone. Close to restaurants and shopping. Outside of property needs a little TLC but overall a great place to stay. The golf cart was a bonus!

Location was awesome and loved having the golf cart access. We had 8 people with us and it was perfect. I will say, while it could have slept more people, I'm not sure the living/dining/kitchen area would have been comfortable with anymore adults than that. Beautiful house and property. It was great having the pool.

Santa Rosa Gem Location

We were so delighted to find a big home in such a peaceful location, close to the beach and with a heated pool and golf cart! We had needs for age 18m to 85 years, it served everyone so well. I really wanted to give a 5 star because we had such a lovely visit and will come again, but it needs a few areas refreshed and cleaned up or replaced and thus worth noting for a family who is looking and may get uptight on these details and thus deserves a heads up . This won't keep us from visiting again and I recommend this to big busy families who will love the location and spacious rooms, great dining space for many eaters and added amenities. Thanks for the visit.

Great location and property

The property is in an excellent location and so close to the beach. There were a few minor maintenance issues that were handled extremely quickly. Property management was top notch! The kitchen was well equipped for cooking all our meals. The pool area and all the beach and pool amenities were fantastic as well as the golf cart. We would definitely stay here again.

Best Thanksgiving Ever!

Had a week with our entire family of 10 which included 5 grandchildren ages 17-22. The house was perfect. Bunk room for the girls and bunk room for the boys. Plenty of space for everyone. The golf cart was a bonus and fun. The best part was walking distance to everything and our favorite restaurant Goatfeathers was across the street. Kitchen well stocked and beds super comfortable. The kids loved the heated pool as gulf water was chilly, temperatures Thanksgiving week were warm days and cool nights. Would definitely rent again. Management very responsive to very few problems. Thanks Christina for all your help!
