This is a lovely place with a great covered porch, outdoor table and chairs, birds and tiny bird houses offering homes for any interested birds. The porch became my husband's favorite place to hang and read. The house is very clean, well-cared for, and the kitchen is well-appointed for anyone wanting to cook. The house is nicely decorated with enough local decor to make it feel welcoming and warm. You enter into a large open kitchen and living area with sofa and chairs and large kitchen table New Mexican style. The kitchen offers all of the utensils, cutting boards, pots and pans that you might want or need. The sitting area that is part of the kitchen is a nice space for reading or hanging out. There is also a TV room between the kitchen and the larger of the two bedrooms, and a washer/dryer off of the TV room, including iron and board Each bedroom has an adjacent bath, showers in each bathroom. The bath off of the larger bedroom has a shower within a claw foot tub, while the other bathroom has a walk-in shower. The bedrooms are at opposite ends of the house, which offers lots of privacy. Overall, we found that the rental is well-thought out - the house contained everything that we wanted or needed to be comfortable. We did not use the hot tub, which is located at the top of stairs that run next to the house - it is a great area for star gazing. The house is located in a fairly quiet community with a nearby playground. We were very happy and highly recommend it
