The modern lines feature custom beams and high ceilings, with a full gourmet kitchen, desk area, large island for dining and entertaining, and living area with large flat-screen TV and fireplace.

The French doors open out to the covered portal and furnished outdoor entertainment area with magnificent views and hot tub (shared with main house).

The large bedroom has a walk-in closet, bathroom has double sinks and spacious shower. The home is impeccably and completely furnished. This elegant sanctuary is 1,000 square feet with W/D, radiant heat, and mini-split cooling, and a 1-car garage.

You will love the serenity and the property is adjacent to hiking/biking trails that go on forever. A well-behaved pet will be considered.
