The cleaning staff went out of their way to find my lost hearing aids. I accidentally threw them in my trash and they went out to the exterior dumpster, miraculously found the trash bag from our room and retrieved my $4000 hearing aids. I am blown away by their care and extra lengths they went to help out a stranger. I cannot thank them enough or speak any higher of their humanity.

The front desk receptionist that was working 12/11 @ 11pm was not friendly AT ALL. Wouldnt even speak loud enough to be heard, and had to ask him tonrepeat himself several times. He very clearly hates his job, which is terrible because this was a really bad first impression of this hotel chain. Breakfast was good. The little omelets were good with the green chilis. The pancakes were good, a little chewy but good flavor. The potatoes seemed undercooked as they were slightly hard, good if you dipped them in a little syrup. Cinnamon rolls were delicious, kinda fall apart and super sweet but good flavor.
