LUXURIOUS VILLA WITH private pool and sea view

Beautiful pearl in unknown Calabria. Private villa (max. 6 persons) with all luxury: airconditioning in all bedrooms and a very well equipped kitchen.
You will find our villa in a very quiet and small ‘Borgo’. Our terrace has a view on the Ionic Sea, a 5 min drive from our villa. You can hike, go to the sea side and even prolong your holiday by travelling to Sicily.
The transfer to Sicily departs from Villa San Giovanni arriving at Messina. Villa San Giovanni is only a 2 hours drive away from our location.
From May 2024 our private pool is open and a wonderful asset to the villa.
Come to Calabria to meet non-touristic Italy, where the people are friendly and love to show you their Calabria.

Ein perfekt eingerichtetes Haus in den Bergen, etwa 3 km von Santa Catarina dello Ionio Marina entfernt. Man merkt, dass die Eigentümerin das Haus selbst mit ihrer Familie nutzt, es ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. Wir haben uns eine Woche lang dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Man kann den Tag auf der großen Terrasse mit einem wunderschönen Ausblick auf die Berge und das Meer genießen oder aber einen Ausflug in die nähere und weitere Umgebung oder an einen der vielen Strände machen. Auch das kulinarische Angebot in der Umgebung ist hervorragend. Besonders zu empfehlen ist das Restaurant Excalibur in Santa Catarina dello Ionio Marina. Die Betreuung vor Ort und die Kommunikation über Handy und WhatsApp mit der Vermieterin waren hervorragend. Wir machen seit vielen Jahren Urlaub in Ferienwohungen oder –häusern. Dieses Haus war eines der besten.

Grandissima vacanza!!
La Villa, molto bella, curata ed elegante, è inserita in un comprensorio immerso nella natura ma al contempo vicino al mare stupendo e ai negozi. Accogliente, spaziosa e dotata di molti confort ha ospitato comodamente due famiglie con tre bambini. La zona esterna poi è molto curata e dai comodissimi divani si può godere uno spettacolo unico! La mancanza del bidet è il vero punto debole sul quale suggeriamo di fare una riflessione (in Italia è fondamentale) ... anche se per una settimana si può resistere! Per arrivare al top suggeriamo di “alleggerire” la villa di qualche soprammobile o genere alimentare lasciato nella dispensa e rendere visibili i canali televisivi italiani (con i bambini arriva sempre il momento che un attimo di tv è utile!). L’acqua non è potabile, ma ci si può cucinare e lavare. Monique la proprietaria è gentilissima, disponibile e sempre pronta, pur da lontano, a rispondere, consigliare e risolvere eventuali piccole questioni che dovessero intervenire. Abbiamo apprezzato molto il biglietto di benvenuto. Cara Monique siamo stati davvero benissimo!

Mooi vakantiehuis met een fantastisch uitzicht
Wij hebben een fijne week gehad! Wat prettig is, is dat het huis van een gezin is. De keukenuitrusting is groot en er zijn veel spelletjes en boeken aanwezig! Je kan in de buurt gebruik maken (tegen betaling) van een zwembad, strand en restaurant van een resort! Een plek om lekker tot rust te komen en niets te hoeven doen, heerlijk!

Splendida Calabria!!!
Abbiamo trascorso le prime due settimane di agosto nella casa di Monique. Eravamo 4 adulti e 4 bambini. Ci siamo trovati benissimo perche' la villa e' molto spaziosa, funzionale ed accessoriata. La vista sul mare e' impagabile!!! Grazie per averci ospitati Mariagrazia

Nice house for relaxing holiday
Very friendly owner. The house is 15min drive from the beach offering a splendid view from the terrace. We spent one week of relaxing holiday beginning of November - still warm enough to go to the beach but as well to the mountains. Fully equipped , supermarkets in the village have all you need and even good restaurants nearby.
