The property exists of two buildings; The main house with three bedrooms and the garden house which offers an extendible single bed, kitchenette and bathroom.

The house is located at a 10 minute drive from the beaches of Sitges. Although Sant Pere is not a big town there are some nice bars with live music and good restaurants within walking distance. In the near surrounding you’ll shops, a park, play ground and vinyards. Barcelona is a 35 minutes ride, other attractions in the region are the cava and wine route in the Penedes wine region, Portaventura and water park Aqualeon.
