Great Stay

Lovely space, hugely well equipped kitchen, owner very helpful and friendly. Great view over the sea in Sanremo. Easily got parking every day on the road out the front of the property. Quick walk down to the beach, slower on the way back as it's a pretty steep up hill. Beds comfortable and suitable for 2 x couples who can have a bathroom each. Perfecto!

Ruhe sucht man hier leider vergebens

Zwei (für uns) sehr wichtige Punkte und ausschlaggebende Kriterien für die Wahl eines Urlaubsobjekts: ruhige Lage und eigener Parkplatz. So steht es in der Beschreibung, weshalb wir uns für dieses Objekt entschieden haben. Leider ist Tag und Nacht ein unfassbarer Lärm von Autos und Motorrollern, dass ein Entspannen im Garten oder schlafen bei offener Tür kaum möglich ist. Der Parkplatz ist an der Straße und man muss Glück haben, dass dort nicht schon andere Autos stehen und die Parkmöglichkeit versperren. Außerdem ist man jedes mal erleichtert wenn es noch heile ist, bei dem eben schon angesprochenem, dichten Verkehr an der Straße. Der 3 Minuten Fußweg entfernte öffentliche Parkplatz der als Alternative angeboten wird, ist während unseres Aufenthaltes immer komplett voll gewesen.

Empfehlenswert mit toller Aussicht

Die Ferienwohnung liegt am Rand von Sanremo erhöht am Berg. Zu Fuß in die Stadt läuft man etwa eine halbe Stunde. Das war für uns kein Problem, allerdings sollte man gut zu Fuß sein, da es steil den Berg rauf geht. Ein Auto ist hier auf jeden Fall trotzdem empfehlenswert. Uns hat die ruhige Lage sehr gut gefallen, besonders der wunderschöne Meerblick. Einziger Nachteil war für uns, dass unterhalb des Gartens der Pool des benachbarten Hotels liegt. Unsere Kinder standen manchmal etwas neidisch am Zaun und haben den anderen Leuten beim baden zugesehen. Das wurde von der wunderbaren Aussicht vom Frühstück bis zum Abendessen aber mehr als wett gemacht! Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und ein Ort zum wohlfühlen. Die Gastgeberin Elisabetta, die mit ihrem Mann auch auf dem Gelände wohnt, hat sich wunderbar um alles gekümmert und war immer ansprechbar und hilfsbereit - für alle Dinge in er Wohnung aber auch für Tipps in der Stadt und Umgebung. Vielen Dank an Elisabetta für die schöne Zeit! Einzig die Strände in der Region sind leider nicht so schön. (klein, sehr voll und fast vollständig mit kostenpflichtigen Bagnis belegt). Nachdem wir vorher Urlaub an den Traumstränden Sardiniens gemacht hatten war das schon ein Abstieg, was ich aber natürlich nicht in die Bewertung der Wohnung einbeziehe. Dafür ist die Landschaft Liguriens sehr schön und Sanremo eine spannende italienische Küstenstadt - wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit hier. Wer in Sanremo übernachten möchte, dem können wir Elisabeths Ferienwohnung herzlich weiterempfehlen!

Traumhafter Sanremo Aufenthalt

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in dieser sehr sauberen und großzügigen Wohnung sehr genossen. Es gibt eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche,Top Badezimmer,Wohnraum und zwei Schlafzimmer. Auf der Terrasse mit herrlichem Meerblick gibt es zwei Liegen und einen schattigen Essplatz. Man genießt absolute Privatsphäre. Die Übernahme und Übergabe der Wohnung bei der sehr netten Vermieterin war unkompliziert. Es gibt einen Fußweg zur Stadt den Berg hinunter (15 Minuten). Der Rückweg ist allerdings sehr schweißtreibend. Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder mieten.

Helemaal goed

Ontzettend leuk opgevangen door Elisabeth, wat een ontzettend leuke en lieve vrouw. Huis prima en schoon. Ruimte genoeg, alles aanwezig. Pad naar het strand naar beneden goed te doen, omhoog lopen is wel een dingetje maar hoe vaker je het doet hoe beter het gaat. Dit huis is een aanrader

Sehr schönes Feriendomizil

Wir haben als vierköpfige Familie den Urlaub in der provenzalischen Villa genossen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, man ist in Wohnung, Terrasse und kleinem Garten für sich mit tollem Blick aufs Meer. In Küche und Bad ist alles da, was man braucht. Die Wohnung ist geräumig, auch an warmen Tagen kühl, wenn man die Türen schließt, und man kann ganz entspannt im Garteneck essen oder auf Liegestühlen in der Sonne dösen. Ein Supermarkt ist nicht weit. Einziges kleines Manko: Es geht zu Fuß einen steilen Weg hinunter - und wieder rauf. Aber wer gut zu Fuß ist, der ist auch in ca. 15 Minuten am Meer oder in 20 in der Innenstadt von San Remo. Und: Das Fenster im Kinderzimmer ist relativ klein. Aber es geht, muss man halt etwas länger lüften. Auf jeden Fall insgesamt ein richtig gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Carsten F. aus Deutschland

Provencal Feeling at the Italian Riviera

We had a wonderful week at this special place. The pictures do not reflect the real beauty of the seaview from the small lawn in front of the 'provencal'-influenced house. Everything was well in place and Elisabetta a great host. Grazie per una settimana incantevole!

Traumhafter Blick aufs Meer

Wir hatten 10 wundervolle Tage in Sanremo, nicht zuletzt wegen der sehr zu empfehlenden Unterkunft. Der Blick aufs Meer, den man von der Terrasse genießen kann, ist traumhaft, die Ferienwohnung ist hervorragend und mit viel Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet. Ideal ist der kleine Weg kurz hinter dem Haus, der es ermöglicht, trotz erhöhter Lage zu Fuß zum Strand und zum Supermarkt zu kommen. Die Vermieterin war sehr gastfreundlich und hat auf jede Frage unmittelbar geantwortet.
