Fantastic 2 bedroom apartment in the heart of Sanlúcar

Fantastic apartment in the center of Sanlúcar, next to the Plaza del Cabildo and the Plaza de Abastos. Ground floor apartment, well equipped and cozy. Despite being so central, it is very quiet, as it overlooks a private pedestrian street. In the urbanization there is a small garden with children's play. It has 2 bedrooms, living room, fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, one with shower and the other with bathtub, small interior patio accessible from the master bedroom ... Fully equipped for a very pleasant stay.

Apartamento en el casco antiguo de Sanlucar de Barrameda

Es un apartamento para cuatro personas situado en el casco antiguo de Sanlucar de Barrameda. Está situado muy cerca de la zona de bares y restaurantes y a unos pocos minutos andando de las playas. Está completamente equipado con lo que necesitamos y cuenta con una plaza de aparcamiento específica en un parking cercano, algo que es muy de agradecer en esa zona ya que las plazas de aparcamiento escasean. La propietaria es muy atenta y amable. Nos envió un montón de información turística de la zona para que disfrutasemos de la estancia. Totalmente recomendable.

Hemos estado alojados una semana en éste apartamento y aunque poco más que para dormir, nos gustó la cercanía de todo, por las noche a un par de calles está la plaza de Cabildo con muchísimo ambiente y taperias. A la playa se puede ir andando perfectamente. Por la noche no se escucha ruido, ya que el apartamento está cómo en una calle privada. La única pega el parking que está un poco lejos. Con Beatriz todo perfecto, incluso nos dijo sitios para visitar y para comer, muy atenta...

Estuvimos alojados una semana en julio y decir que el apartamento está en una zona ideal, en el centro, muy cerca de todo bares, restaurantes, bodegas, el mercado, zona de tiendas. En un paseo de unos 800 metros tienes la playa. Así que idóneo para unas disfrutar de unas vacaciones. Está perfectamente equipado y cuenta con todo lo que necesitas para una estancia de unos días. En cuanto a Beatriz desde que se puso en contacto con nosotros para la llegada, nos facilitó los datos para llegar al destino, datos turístico e incluso nos hizo el favor de poder acceder un poco antes al apartamento, lo que nos vino perfecto. Muchas gracias, seguro que repetimos. Una única pega, la distancia a la que está el parking, pero decir que la plaza de aparcamiento es muy espaciosa y muy accesible.
