"Pros: location and ocean view Cons: lady at front desk was not friendly and resented having to get out of her chair. No insulation between rooms..people in upstairs room could be heard stomping around at 11:00 at night. No black out blinds. This place has seen better days."

James’s place absolutely delivered.The studio has a wonderful ambiance — comfortable, relaxing, and thoughtfully put together. It felt like a true retreat the moment we walked in. The location is perfect: close to everything, yet quiet enough to unwind and disconnect.James was an outstanding host. He was responsive, proactive with recommendations, and genuinely willing to go above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed.Even though the weather didn’t fully cooperate, the studio itself made the weekend special. "Our stay at this condo was perfect. From the setting up of accommodations until our departure, everything was well thought thru. The condo spared no amenities. The location was a 5 minute walk to the beach. I felt extremely safe in the location. Neighbors were very nice. The condo was nicely decorated and very clean.
