" We loved our stay at the Pine Cone Inn! It was just what we needed to decompress for a week. Located just far enough away from Albuquerque for peace and quiet, but close enough to easily drive down for dinner and to enjoy the balloon festival. It's on a quiet road, with the top of Sandia Crest and it's amazing panoramic views from a deck and walkways at a 10,700 feet altitude are just a 20-minute drive up the road. And all along that drive there were countless wonderful hiking trails ranging from easy to difficult, many of them ending up with amazing views in all directions. The house was spotless, with comfortable beds and linens and was very cute and cozy. It has a wonderful front patio area to sit and relax and a very nice hot tub with great views, surrounded by a pine forest.There are lots of little places to grab something to eat nearby if you don't want to drive into Albuquerque, and a beautiful golf course and dining room with an outside patio and deck to watch the sunset less than 10 minutes away. Brad, the host, was extremely communicative and helpful and we were happy to have rented from him and will do so again in the future. You really can't go wrong with this wonderful little secluded Paradise!"

"It appeared to be a recent remodel in a quiet neighborhood. It had a beautiful fireplace A\C and everything I needed. 5 star towels and very comfortlable bed and pillows."

"Very nice condo in a great area. Very comfy beds, kitchen is very well outfitted. Pet-friendly so pup could stretch her legs a bit. Very easy access in for handicapped spouse, even though not advertised as fully accessible. Will definitely try to get this one on our next venture to ABQ."

"The location is wonderful. Beautiful views and very quiet. It was very clean. There are hiking trails close by. The trails are easy to hike. The Host is very friendly. We had fun relaxing on the back patio watching the hummingbirds. Our dog loved the walks we took him on. "
